Water
As the body is primarily composed of water, being properly hydrated is vital in achieving maintaining glowing skin. A person who is well hydrated and who also keeps an active lifestyle is able to sweat more, which helps keep skin clear. By drinking at least 8 glasses of water, you keep your cells and your skin well hydrated. Also, don’t wait to drink water until you are thirsty; just drink randomly throughout the day. Remember that when you feel thirsty, you already are dehydrated at that point.
Yellow, Orange and Red Fruits and Vegetables
Beta carotene contained in many yellow, orange and red fruits and vegetables is great for the skin as it increases skin health. Beta carotene also helps keep the skin protected from damage caused by the sun, as it promote tissue growth and repair.
